Strategic Planning workshop in Dhaka, Bangladesh with SIL-Bangladesh management staff. Great participation and active participation by everyone. Lots of laughter & sharing of experiences.

Almost finished a strategic and business planning process with STEP which works in northern Iraq with orphan and vulnerable children in this war-affected region. This was a great assignment building on many ears of friendship and journeying together. Although I was not able t travel due to the conflict in Kurdistan, we managed to hold the workshop remotely using all the technology available - maybe something we could do again with organisations working in difficult to access regions? ... Just finished this research report for Tearfund. Really loved getting in deep on this material and hope to be able to follow through somehow...
